Rob Zandbergen to take over as CEO of USG People

New management structure proposed
Almere, 28 June 2010 - The Supervisory Board of USG People N.V. announces that
it will appoint Rob Zandbergen as the company's CEO with effect from 1 July
2010. In addition, the Executive Board is to become a Board of Management
consisting of five members.
Rob Zandbergen, currently CFO, will be appointed CEO of USG People N.V. with
effect from 1 July 2010. Rob Zandbergen has been active in the temporary
employment sector since early 2003 and was appointed CFO of USG People following
the takeover of Solvus in 2005. Rob Zandbergen has fulfilled the role of acting
CEO in the past.
The position of CFO is vacant. Rob Zandbergen will continue to act as CFO on an
interim basis.
The Supervisory Board also announces that it plans to transform the two-member
Executive Board into a Board of Management consisting of five members. In
addition to the persons holding the positions of CEO and CFO, the Supervisory
Board intends to appoint Hans Coffeng, Eric de Jong and Albert Jan Jongsma to
the Board of Management, who will hold the positions of COO Netherlands and
Germany region, COO Southwest and Central Europe region, and Chief Corporate
Officer (CCO), respectively. The two COOs currently hold operational
responsibility for the operating companies in their respective regions, while
the CCO's responsibilities include Legal, M&A, Corporate Governance, Compliance,
HRM and Internal Audit.
Hans Coffeng (1967) came to Unique Nederland in 1993 as an intern and later as
an intermediary after studying sociology at Groningen University. After holding
various positions, he was appointed general manager of Unique Nederland in
1999. Since 2003 he has held the position of Executive Vice President for
various regions, since 2010 for the Netherlands and Germany.
Eric de Jong (1963) studied International Business Economics at the Professional
Agricultural University and obtained his MBA in the UK. He started his career as
an intermediary with Start Uitzendbureau. After holding various management and
executive positions, he was appointed general manager of Start Uitzendbureau. He
has held the position of Executive Vice President since 2007, currently for the
region Southwest and Central Europe.
Albert Jan Jongsma (1968) has worked for USG People N.V. since 1995. Following a
career ranging from corporate lawyer to Corporate Director for Legal &
Acquisitions at USG People N.V., in 2006 he was appointed Corporate Vice
President for Legal and M&A. After obtaining a degree in Law, he took various
postgraduate courses including an MBA and a masters degree in General
Management.
The Central Works Council has been informed of the new management structure and
the related appointments, and will issue its official recommendation shortly.
The official appointments of the aforementioned persons will take place once the
(Extraordinary) General Meeting of Shareholders has been formally notified.
