Atikwa Announces a Special Meeting of Shareholders

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/20/13 -- Atikwa Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ATK) ("Atikwa" or the "Company") today announced that it will hold a special meeting of shareholders on April 24, 2013. The purpose of the meeting will be to review and vote on certain issues relating to the Company's previously announced initiative to identify and evaluate strategic alternatives available to the Company to enhance shareholder value.
