TRANSENSE TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("the Company")

RESULT OF OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION - REPLACEMENT

29 June 2010

This replaces the announcement HUG1428114 released at 1150am earlier today. The
differences are the level of valid applications and the percentage applied to
scale down allotments.

The Company announces that it has received valid applications for 17,235,000
shares (with a value of £775,575) in the Offer which closed yesterday.

As there are only 11,111,111 shares available in the Offer (with a value of
£500,000) applications have been scaled back. Given the Board's stated intention
was to favour smaller shareholders, it has been decided that all valid
applicants will be allotted 10,000 shares (the Minimum Subscription Level) plus,
where applicable, approximately 60.68% of their applications over and above the
Minimum Subscription Level.

Warrants will be issued on the basis of 1 warrant for every 1 share allotted.

The Offer is subject to shareholders approving the requisite resolutions at the
General Meeting scheduled for 11.00 am on Wednesday 30 June at the offices of
Brewin Dolphin Limited, 5(th) Floor, 12 Smithfield Street, London EC1.
