ODESIA Repositions Vendor Take-Back Note
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/13 -- ODESIA Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ODS), ("the Company"), is pleased to announce that it has repositioned the existing vendor take-back ("VTB") note for Interfacing Technologies Corporation Inc. ("Interfacing") to better reflect Interfacing evolution.
Under the initial VTB, a payment of $262,000 was due in May 2013 and another $550,000 in May 2014; under the new three-year agreement, effective February 2013, monthly instalments of $15,417 will be paid in the first 12 months, $26,979 in the next 12 months and $34,688 in the last 12 months.
