Supremex Inc. Announces Appointment of Two Additional Members to the Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/13 -- Supremex Inc., Canada's largest provider of stock and custom-manufactured envelopes (TSX: SXP), announced, effective today, the appointment of two additional Board members.
Mr. Georges Kobrynsky, a former Trustee of Supremex Income Fund and Director of Supremex Inc. from 2006 to 2012, is currently a corporate director of Cascades Inc. Previously, Mr. Kobrynsky was Senior Vice-President, Investments Forest Products of the Societe generale de financement du Quebec from 2005 to 2011 and held various senior positions at Domtar Inc. over 30 years.
Mr. Dany Paradis, A.S.A., senior executive at Fibrek from 2008 to 2012. Previously, Mr. Paradis held various management positions at Domtar Inc. for several years. He recently completed training at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
