Ressources minieres Pro-Or Inc.: Private Placement of $800 000

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/22/13 -- Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. (POI) (TSX VENTURE: POI) announce that it is currently completing a private placement for up to $800 000. This private placement will be completed with "Accredited Investors" and is being offered in units of $5,000 as follows:

The Private Placement proceeds will be used productions purposes at St-Augustin plant, for related activities, and for the working capital of the Corporation.

Shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period.

No finders' fee will be payable on the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval.
