New GOLD R2.4 Convergent Billing System provides Enhanced Customer Experience in 4G Networks, with premium customer care and real-time service personalization

This release is equipped with performance-enhancing next-generation business logic based on the latest Java technology. It also comes with enhanced self-care functionality for real-time service personalization and enablement for LTE data; extended rating and account management; as well as overall system improvements for easier configuration, integration and migration. In addition to the latest GOLD release, Orga Systems is announcing a new add-on software module for Collections.

With the latest version of GOLD, service providers can benefit from highly flexible and powerful self-care functions, which empower them with the capabilities required for an enhanced customer experience in 4G networks. The GOLD next-generation business logic is based on JBOSS 5 and Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.0 and is the foundation for further significant performance increases. The new GOLD release also supports very large account hierarchies with up to 1 million accounts in a single hierarchy, enabling CSPs to manage high ARPU corporate customers in a flexible and convergent manner.
Orga Systems also offers a new add-on software module for Collections. The Collections Processing Module (CPM) is fully integrated with GOLD for customer balance management, payment processing and service provisioning, and comes with two web-based graphical user interfaces for easy configuration of different collection scenarios and administration.
