OpenLimit Holding AG: Christian Fuessinger is new CFO of the OpenLimit
Group
(Baar, 1 July 2010) Christian Fuessinger is the new Chief Financial Officer
of OpenLimit, effective today. As the new CFO, he will be in charge of the
Corporate Affairs department, responsible for the areas of Finance and
Controlling, Investor Relations, Administration, Human Resources and Legal.
He will coordinate his activities closely with Marc Gurov, CEO and previous
CFO.
Christian Fuessinger was born in 1973 in Austria. Since completing his
diploma and master studies in finance&international management in Vienna,
Chicago and Milan, he has gained more than 10 years of experience in the
area of Corporate Finance, working with numerous high tech companies. Most
recently, he served as a Director at Credit Suisse, London, co-heading a
team of corporate finance and shareholder value experts.
