Zephyr Real Estate Is Number One Brand in San Francisco
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Zephyr Real Estate, San Francisco's largest independent real estate firm, achieved a sales volume of $1.5 billion in 2012, making it the City's number one real estate brand. Zephyr has consistently been in the forefront in sales volume, technological innovation, and service to the community.
Luxury sales now comprise almost one-third of total transactions, which is up from 15 percent from a mere two years ago. Zephyr is also home to some of the most productive agents in San Francisco with the top 10 agents averaging more than $35 million in sales.
The San Francisco Association of REALTORS has mapped the City into 10 districts. Zephyr's dominance in the market place as a whole is also reflected in the majority of these 10 Realtor-defined areas, including the area west of Twin Peaks (District 4) that includes West Portal. In that area alone Zephyr's market share is over 25 percent higher than the closest competing brand.
