BMO Investments Inc. to Cap BMO Guardian Enterprise Fund

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/13 -- BMO Investments Inc. today announced that BMO Guardian Enterprise Fund (the "Fund") will be capped and will no longer be offered for sale to new or existing investors after the close of business on March 28, 2013.

BMO Investments Inc. believes it is in the best interests of investors to close the Fund to new purchases due to capacity and liquidity constraints associated with the portfolio manager's small cap strategy.

For investors considering investing in a small cap fund, BMO Investments Inc. offers several additional options including BMO Guardian Global Small Cap Fund and BMO Special Equity Fund. Please contact your investment advisor for further details.
