Partner makes capital available for both development projects and for the
revitalisation of exisiting properties
Hamburg, 5. July 2010. GWB Immobilien AG has concluded an extensive joint
venture agreement with Caposition S.àr.l. Caposition will be making
capital available to GWB for current project developments and for the
revitalisation of existing properties in the context of project
investments.
'With the involvement of Caposition in our development projects, the
necessary equity for financing the shopping centres in Speyer and
Völklingen is guaranteed', says Dr Norbert Herrmann, CEO of GWB Immobilien
AG. 'The co-operation with Caposition also gives us financial scope to
revitalise our existing properties. We are delighted to have found such a
respected and experienced partner for our projects. The agreement is
confirmation of our own assessment of the potential of these projects too.'
About Caposition S.àr.l.
Caposition was established in the spring of 2010 to make capital available
to property companies directly or indirectly for property project
developments in Germany and to invest in the projects in this way. The
capital needed for the projects is provided via Caposition exclusively by
institutional investors.
