Local Court admits application for the opening of plan proceedings in
debtor-in-possession
Hirschau, 1 March 2013 - Today, the local court in Amberg has, upon
application by SiC Processing GmbH, ordered the opening of plan proceedings
in debtor-in-possession. The court has appointed Dr Hubert Ampferl,
partner of Nuremberg-based law firm Dr Beck&Partner, as supervisor, who
already fulfilled the role as preliminary supervisor up to now.
The next step in the restructuring process of SiC Processing GmbH is the
filing of a restructuring plan by the company's managing director to the
court at the latest until 19 March 2013.
The court has asked all creditors to file their claims twofold in written
form until 24 March 2013 to the supervisor, Dr Hubert Ampferl, under the

In addition, the court has scheduled the creditors' assembly for
consideration and assessment (Erörterungs- und Abstimmungstermin) - in
