SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON JULY 8, 2010


 The Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has appointed Repe Harmanen as the Group's
new CEO.

Repe Harmanen, 38-year old M.Sc. (Econ), will join Solteq from Fujitsu Services
Oy where he has held the position of Director of Project and Application
services.

Repe Harmanen will start at Solteq on October 15, 2010 at the latest.
