Acquisition Deepens Parsons' Portfolio of O&M Services

(firmenpresse) - PASADENA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/08/13 -- Parsons is pleased to announce that it has received all necessary U.S. government approvals and has completed its acquisition of First Support Services, Inc. (and its subsidiaries), a wholly owned subsidiary of FirstGroup. First Support Services is a leading provider of facility operations and maintenance (O&M) services, logistics support, transportation support, and telecommunications operations services to the U.S. government.

Today, the majority of First Support Services' contracts support the U.S. Department of Defense military services (United States Air Force and United States Navy).
