Although Wowzer has custom integration with applicant tracking systems like Taleo, some customers want the ability to build seamless integrations into their existing systems; therefore, Wowzer created its API to provide flexibility to customers who require a more unique, customizable video interviewing product. The new API allows clients who have customized their own recruiting technology to incorporate Wowzer into their day-to-day workflow and enjoy advanced features, such as:
Inviting candidates to participate in a video job interview from within any custom or proprietary system
Tracking the status of the candidate's interview response and automating triggered workflow actions and notifications based on changes in status
Reviewing and evaluating candidate video responses from within any custom or proprietary system
Integrating the API into an organization's own system will leverage existing authentication mechanisms, so recruiters can conduct and track Wowzer video interviews without having to leave their usual recruitment platform to log on to a separate interface.
