Woodbridge International Closes Sale of Brazil-Based Labor Import Comercial Importadora Exportadora

This is the third transaction Woodbridge has completed in Brazil in the last eight months.
Based near São Paulo, Labor Import supplies branded medical and healthcare consumables to redistributors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories and care homes throughout Brazil. The Company's 2012 revenue was R$49.5 million.
Bunzl plc, is an international distribution and outsourcing group supplying a broad range of non-food consumable products that are essential for its customers to operate their business. Bunzl is active in 27 countries and is headquartered in London.
