ROBLOX Strengthens Executive Team With Three New Hires
#1 Kids Entertainment Platform Poised for Continued Growth

Brad Justus joins as the company's Vice President of Marketing and Brand Experience; Phil Yeh as Vice President of Customer Acquisition; and Michael Poon as Chief Financial Officer.

Brad will be responsible for building the ROBLOX brand, defining product strategy, engaging the community, and creating a great overall ROBLOX experience. He comes to ROBLOX with more than 20 years of experience in building successful brands. As Senior Vice President at the LEGO Company and part of the LEGO Global Management team, Brad built LEGO.com into a popular online brand and led product development for the company's core enthusiast base. He was also an executive with Art.com and CEO of Informative, a customer engagement technology firm. Brad is an online brand pioneer -- developing early Internet initiatives for AT&T, Unilever and Reuters.
Prior to joining ROBLOX, Phil was VP of Marketing at CarWoo, a Y Combinator company. Before that, he was VP of Marketing at SpeedDate.com, where he quintupled website traffic to 12 million monthly unique visitors and helped drive the iOS app to the #1 dating app spot on iTunes. Previously, Phil was VP of Search Marketing at the LeadClick division of First American Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. He has also held senior marketing roles at Dealix and Ebates.
Michael will lead ROBLOX's finance, accounting, HR, recruiting, and facilities teams. He comes to ROBLOX after holding the position of CFO at Crystal Dynamics, a Square Enix Company. Michael started his professional career as a Research and Development Engineer in the semiconductor industry for Novellus Systems and later transitioned into Accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
