RAID Inc. Partners With Windows Server 2012 Storage Spaces
(firmenpresse) - ANDOVER, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/13/13 -- RAID Incorporated, an end-to-end customized solutions provider in HPC, Big Data and Virtualized Environments, announced today that RAID Inc's full line of EBOD Solutions has fully achieved certification for Microsoft Corp.'s , a new capability in Windows Server 2012. Microsoft showcased RAID Inc's line of Fusion servers and EBODS at TechEd 2012 North America and Europe and demonstrated over 1 million IOPS at 10GBs bandwidth in live demonstrations.

RAID Inc. has worked with Microsoft throughout the development of Storage Spaces, and their hardware and solution-building expertise offer options for end-to-end storage solutions for use with Windows Server 2012 Storage Spaces," stated Matt Garson, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft.
RAID Inc. is committed to developing newer hardware technology in support of Storage Spaces. The road map will include EDODs with 12GB sas backplane with higher density and smaller front print for both SSD and spinning disk technologies. Also, the introduction of PCI-E SSD EBOD will be launched later this year as well.
