CallidusCloud Announces CFO Transition
(firmenpresse) - PLEASANTON, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/13 -- Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of hiring, learning, marketing and selling cloud software, today announced that after serving ten years as Chief Financial Officer, Ron Fior will be departing the Company. Mr. Fior will remain in his present role through the filing of the Company's Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2013, after which he will remain with the Company through July 31, 2013, to help ensure a smooth transition.
"Ron has been a steadfast supporter of CallidusCloud through our initial public offering, our transition to a SaaS-based recurring revenue model, our strategic financing initiatives and our acquisition strategy. He has built a strong team in Finance, Administration and IT. CallidusCloud announced that it is commencing the search for Mr. Fior's successor immediately. Scott Baumgartner, the Company's Vice President of Finance, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer for the period between the filing of the Company's Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2013 and the start date of the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.
CallidusCloud also announced today that Holly Albert, after serving six years as the Company's General Counsel, will be departing the Company effective April 30, 2013.
