Zhengzhou China PRC 14 March 2013 - Tianbao Holdings
(Ticker: 3TB ) On Thursday, 28th February 2013 Tianabo Holdings was
listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on Monday, March 4th on Xetra.
Tianabo Holdings Ltd. is now listed in Europe (Berlin, Frankfurt, Xetra),
as well as in the Americas (Bermuda Stock Exchange).
Commenting on the listing status of the company, the CEO, Haitao Lian said:
'I am truly delighted to have the opportunity of being listed in overseas
markets. We are a dynamic company engaged in an area in the market that is
unique; providing excellent opportunities with minimal risk. We have
already commenced the clearing of the land and are now ready to commence
the installation of the infrastructure. With low income housing being a
priority we are able to benefit from the eagerness of those necessary to
this project and with the overwhelming demand for this kind of apartment we
have potential owners asking us on a daily basis when they might be able to
purchase.' Lian went on to comment on the new tightening of laws pertains
to property by the Central Government, seeing this as a big bonus to
Tianbao because the new laws encourage first time buyers to purchase new
homes and avoid the capital gains tax levy which is typically paid by the
buyer and, more importantly, that the State Council in its latest directive
has requested that banks adhere to requirements for the issuance of
mortgage loans to first time home buyers and in the case of Affordable
Housing, for those loans to be granted below market rates.
Tianbao Holdings (the 'Company') is an economically-affordable housing
manufacturer in the People's Republic of China. The Company works closely
with the Chinese government in acquiring the land for new housing
developments and constructing the homes per the specifications of the
housing plans of both the national Chinese government as well as the
