Ag Growth Brings Forward Dividend Payment Dates
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/19/13 -- Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX: AFN) (the "Company" or "Ag Growth") today announced that in connection with its dividend reinvestment plan it will bring forward the payment date of its dividends, beginning with the dividend payable to shareholders of record on March 28, 2013. Ag Growth previously paid dividends on or about the 30th day of the month to shareholders of record on the last business day of the previous month. Going forward dividends will be paid on or about the 15th day of the month to shareholders of record on the last business day of the previous month. The payment dates of dividends declared on March 14, 2013 have been amended as follows:
