Today the Company Registration office in Stockholm (Bolagsverket) cancelled an
exception provided to the RURIC AB Board of Directors in regards of the non-EU
resident Board Members, which means no valid Board of Directors in RURIC AB
exists. RURIC AB has three weeks from March 19 to appeal the resolution.
