Knut Engelmann to join CNC as new Partner in Frankfurt
Munich, 20 March 2013 - Knut Engelmann (44) will join Communications&Network Consulting AG (CNC) as a partner. This expands the
leadership of CNC's Frankfurt office to two partners - Mirko Wollrab and
Knut Engelmann. In total, CNC, the leading international strategic
communications consultancy based in Munich, will have eleven partners.
Engelmann previously was Managing Editor of the Wall Street Journal
Germany, the German language website of the Wall Street Journal as well as
news agency Dow Jones Newswires in Germany. Prior to that Engelmann - who
holds a degree in Economics - worked for 16 years for Thomson Reuters, most
recently as Wall Street editor and Global Company News Editor in New York.
He began his professional career in 1994 at Bloomberg, which via stops such
as Vienna, Zurich and Washington finally led him back to Frankfurt. As a
journalist, Engelmann reported from global top events such as the WEF in
Davos or various G7/G8 summits. As an editor, he supervised teams of
several hundred journalists.
