Perth, WA and Greer, South Carolina, Alexium International Group Limited (Alexium) (ASX:AJX, AX:AJX, OTC QX:AXXIY) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Nicholas Clark, the current Chief Executive Officer of Alexium, to the Board position of Executive Director. Mr. Cameron Maitland has been appointed as the new Company Secretary for Alexium International Group.
Cameron has worked in the accounting field for over fifteen years. He is a Director of Attollo Business Services. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, WA and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and Registered Tax Agent.
Mr. Stefan Susta will be moving from a wider executive director role on the Board of Alexium to focus on his current position of Chief Operating Officer of Alexium, including day-to-day operations in the US and global product roll out. Mr. Susta will remain an executive director of Alexium’s US subsidiary, Alexium Inc., and its affiliate Alexium Government Solutions, LLC.
Mr. Gavin Rezos, Chairman of Alexium, said “These changes are made at an important time for the Company as we roll out the commercial strategy and grow revenue, enabling Mr. Clark, who has moved to Alexium’s US base in South Carolina, to build the company in the US and take responsibility for all business of Alexium whilst enabling Mr Susta to focus on license partners, commercial and defense sector relationships and product sales”.
In addition Mrs. Kim Lucraft has been appointed to the position of Financial Controller.
