Arianne Resources Becomes an Active Member of the Community With its Lac a Paul Mining Project, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec, Canada
Opening new offices and concluding partnerships

(firmenpresse) - ALMA, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/21/13 -- In an effort to contribute actively and positively to the growth of the Saguenay region, the management of Arianne Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF)announces the implementation of measures to strengthen its ties with local communities.
The Company intends to take an active part in various committees created by the Innu communities and the various MRCs across the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region with the objective of promoting local economic benefits. It has also committed to become a participant in the regional committee on economic benefits in order to facilitate the realization of regional benefits that should accrue from the development of the Lac a Paul phosphate mining project. To this end, Arianne is developing a procurement policy that will facilitate business opportunities for local and regional businesses arising from the development and operation of the mine.
In parallel, following the presentation of the Transportation component of the project, for which public consultations will soon be held (see other press release for details), Arianne is also planning to take part in maintenance committees for certain gravel roads in the Maria-Chapdelaine and Fjord-du-Saguenay MRCs related to its emergency preparedness plan.
Establishment of Community Relations offices
Arianne is committed to keeping the population of the Lac-Saint-Jean region well informed about the latest developments concerning its Lac a Paul project and to this end, the Company will shortly open two Community Relations offices, one in Saint-Ludger-de-Milot and another in the Innu community of Mashteuiatsh.
Lac a Paul, a regional project
The Company has always been committed to developing a regional project that would generate growth for local communities and create long-lasting quality jobs. The CEO of Arianne, Mr. Bernard Lapointe, recently stated: "It has always been of paramount importance for us that our project should be beneficial for the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region". The project will require investments of more than $814 million and will lead to the creation of 400 jobs directly at the mine and an additional 400 indirect jobs, including 260 jobs for the transportation of concentrate.
Arianne Resources Inc. () owns and is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate-titanium deposit to produce a superior-grade apatite concentrate grading close to 40% P2O5. The Company currently has 76 M shares issued.
