Silicon Legal Strategy Adds Julie Gleason to Its Growing Team

With more than 20 years of experience in big law, Julie will assist clients and the Silicon Legal team with corporate governance matters, capitalization management, incorporations and venture capital financings. At Silicon Legal, Julie will work with emerging growth companies at every stage of development to help them navigate and handle day-to-day corporate legal matters.
Before joining Silicon Legal, Julie was a senior paralegal in the Emerging Companies Group at Perkins Coie LLP in Palo Alto. Julie also worked as a paralegal at VantagePoint Venture Partners and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and managed the venture capital services trading desk at Credit Suisse First Boston.
