EVRY to deliver IT operating services for Norrøna

its core activities, and has therefore decided to outsource its IT operations to
EVRY, with EVRY taking on responsibility for ensuring that the company's webshop
and other major systems are available at all times.
Norrøna has been in business since 1929 as a producer of very high quality

market. Norrøna sells its products through leading sports equipment stores in
Europe, through its own Norrøna stores, and through the Norrøna webshop. Sales
have grown strongly over recent years not only to the Norwegian market but also
to export markets in Europe, the USA and Japan. Reliable IT systems delivering
continuous availability are crucial for Norrøna's success.

The agreement provides for outsourcing all IT operations for Norrøna Sport and
Norrøna Retail to EVRY. As part of the contract, EVRY will carry out a migration
project to relocate Norrøna's IT systems from the company's head office in Asker
to EVRY's data operations centre. EVRY's data centre includes facilities
specifically designed for SMB customers to meet their requirements for secure,
reliable and flexible operating services together with access to the relevant
expertise. The contract with Norrøna runs for five years.
