Lateral Capital Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

("Lateral" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LCP) - Mr. Corbin Blume, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lateral, announces the appointment of Jeffrey Love as Chief Financial Officer effective March 22, 2013. Mr. Love has been the Chief Financial Officer of Airtel Wireless Ltd. (a private company) since 2011. Mr. Love also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Running Fox Resource Corp., a TSXV listed company from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Love received his CGA from the General Accountants Association of Alberta in 1979.
