Acquisition Strengthens SLR's Mining and Waste Sector Capabilities
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- (Marketwire) -- 03/25/13 -- SLR Consulting (SLR) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Strategic Engineering & Science, Inc. (SES) effective March 2013. SES is a leader in providing tailings management, water resource management, site restoration and geotechnical engineering services to clients in the mining, waste, industry and planning and development sectors. SES has offices in Irvine and Oakland, California and employs 22 professionals who are working at sites in the U.S., Canada and throughout South America.
Kevin Rattue, SLR's Director for the Americas, commented, "SES is a leader in providing advisory services to clients in the mining and waste management sectors focused on the design of facilities, securing permits to operate, and the preparation and implementation of post-closure reclamation plans.
