Changes to Management Board of CNC AG
Munich, 27 March 2013 - Ingrid Maaß, who has been CFO of CNC Communications&Network Consulting AG since 2007, is leaving the company on 30 June 2013
and will become Managing Director of Messe Berlin GmbH on 1 August 2013.
Bernhard Meising, Partner at CNC Headquarters in Munich since 2005, will
take over Mrs Maaß' board duties from 1 July 2013, in addition to his
continuing client-facing role. Barbara Springer, who is currently in charge
of Controlling, will take over the commercial management of CNC, reporting
to Mr Meising.
Christoph Walther, CEO and Partner of CNC AG, said: 'We thank Mrs Maaßfor
her exceptional commitment and wish her all the best in her new role. Using
professional and innovative management and controlling systems, she
developed CNC into a benchmark for our industry. Barbara Springer will
successfully continue on this path. We thank Bernhard Meising for agreeing
to take on board duties on top of his advisory work.'
