Wentworth Transaction Completed

Reference is made to the announcements made by Artumas Group Inc. ("Artumas")
on June 22, 2010 and June 25, 2010 regarding the agreement with Wentworth
Resources Limited ("Wentworth") to purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of
Wentworth in exchange for newly issued shares and warrants in Artumas, and the
announcement made by Artumas on July 23, 2010 regarding the listing prospectus
for the consideration shares.
The 28,383,789 new shares and 14,191,888 new warrants, representing the
consideration for the purchase of Wentworth, have now been issued. The new
number of issued and outstanding shares in Artumas is 61,719,940, and all shares
are validly and legally issued, fully paid-up and properly registered.
Consequently, the transaction for the purchase of 100% of the outstanding shares
of Wentworth has been completed.
