Shoreline Energy Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend
(March 27, 2013) CALGARY, ALBERTA- Shoreline Energy Corp. (TSX:SEQ) ("Shoreline" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a Cdn $0.12 dividend per share in accordance with its Quarterly Dividend Policy for holders of Shoreline Common Shares as follows;

•The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
