(TSX VENTURE: MJS)(FRANKFURT: A0BK1D) ("Majestic" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Vantage Communications Ltd. ("Vantage") for marketing and advertising services.
Vantage, which has an industry leading website at that provides investors free, real-time stock quotes on all Canadian and US markets, will be responsible for the development and dissemination of corporate information packages, and media communications. The principal engaged by the Company from Vantage is Kyle Johnston.
Mr. Johnston has more than 15 years' experience in on-line marketing and extensive knowledge in developing effective awareness campaigns. Mr. Johnston has been involved in the stock market for over 9 years, going on to co-found Vantage Communications in May of 2006.
Vantage is a Canadian based company based in Vancouver. For its services over the next 12 months, Vantage will receive a payment of $53,550 in advance, to be funded from general working capital. There is no prior relationship between Vantage and the Company, and Vantage does not hold any direct or indirect interest in the Company or its securities, or any right to acquire any such an interest. The arrangement with Vantage is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange ('Exchange') and Vantage will also be filing a Form 2C1 with Exchange.
