AGM adopts all resolutions
The Annual General Meeting of SBM Offshore which was held today in Rotterdam,
the Netherlands, adopted all resolutions in connection with the 10% rights
offering fully underwritten by HAL Investments (HAL) of new ordinary shares on
terms as reflected in the press release dated 20 December 2012.
