AURELIUS takes over TDS HR Services&Solutions from TDS
- TDS HR Services&Solutions is a leading provider of outsourced
human-relations (HR) services
- Turnover of approximately EUR 60 million and around 20 locations in the
German-speaking countries
Munich, 3. April 2013 - The Munich-based AURELIUS Group (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8)
will acquire 100 percent of TDS HR Services&Solutions GmbH ('TDS HR').
The deal also includes the regional companies, TDS HR Services&Solutions
Austria GmbH and TDS HR Services&Solutions Switzerland AG. The seller is
Neckarsulm-based TDS AG, a Fujitsu Group subsidiary. TDS HR provides
software and business-process outsourcing for human resources (HR)
departments. TDS HR is a leading provider in the German-speaking countries
which has in recent years experienced continuous growth. The transaction is
subject to the approval of the relevant antitrust agency, and should be
completed in late April.
In fiscal year 2012/13 (ending March 31, 2013), the company generated sales
of approximately EUR 60 million and generated a nearly balanced operating
result (according to International Financial Reporting Standards,IFRS). It
is active in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with more than 600 employees
working for the company at around 20 locations. TDS HR's portfolio covers
the outsourcing of all processes associated with managing staff for
non-profit organizations, as well as medium and large organizations across
all industries. In addition to the wage and salary calculation, the service
provider manages job applications, the calculation of travel expenses, and
other personnel administration. The company currently undertakes
approximately 800,000 personnel transactions every month, making it one of
the leading providers in Germany.

Connectis - already have considerable experience in the IT and services
sector. As part of the AURELIUS Group, the new acquisition will focus on
business-oriented IT services in Human Resources. With individual,
customized solutions, AURELIUS intends to strengthen the sales and earnings
of TDS HR Services&Solutions over the long term.'
