Prosafe SE: Contract award for Safe Scandinavia

Prosafe has been awarded a contract from Det norske oljeselskap ASA ("Det
norske") for the provision of the Safe Scandinavia accommodation support vessel
at the Ivar Aasen Development Project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.
The contract has been awarded following a competitive tendering process and is
for a firm period of six months with on-site operations planned to commence June
2016. In addition, Prosafe has granted Det norske four additional one-month
options.
Total value of the contract for the firm period is approximately USD 65.6
million.

accommodation vessels. Operating profit reached USD 222.4 million in 2012 and
net profit was USD 177.5 million. The Company operates globally, employs 550
