The share capital increase announced today pertaining to the private placement
of 11,700,000 new shares with a par value of NOK 5 each has now been registered
in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. As a consequence, the
Company's new registered share capital is NOK 351,000,000 divided into
70,200,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 5.
