Fission Raises Over $4M From Warrant Exercise
(firmenpresse) - KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/05/13 -- FISSION ENERGY CORP. ("Fission" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FIS)(OTCQX: FSSIF) is pleased to announce that a total of 4,161,720 previously issued warrants have been exercised for total gross proceeds of C$4,098,570. Of the total gross proceeds raised, C$3,740,444 was raised through the exercise of 3,740,722 warrants with an exercise price of C$1.00 and C$357,848 was raised through the exercise of 420,998 warrants with an exercise price of C$0.85.

The net proceeds from the exercise of the warrants will be used to advance the development of the Company's properties and for general working capital.
