Time Savings and Cost Reductions with the HAVER FFS 2000 WT

(PresseBox) - At POWTECH 2013 in Nuremburg, Hall 1 Stand 533, the HAVER & BOECKER Machinery Division will provide extensive information on the latest developments of its Form-Fill-Seal technology. The packing machine manufacturer offers new features with the HAVER FFS 2000 WT. In addition to PE film, this HAVER-FFS system can operate with woven*FFS® band film, and thus perform over a wide range of industries.
The advantages include higher production capacity, time savings, and cost reductions when it comes to operating and maintaining the packing system. Additional advantages are:
- Robust, yet lightweight packaging material.
- Protection of packaged products with fully water-tight packaging.
- Clean bag surfaces and stability during transport thanks to compactly filled bags.
- Resource and money savings through reduced raw material consumption.
- Optimised bags: constant monitoring of bulk density and corresponding bag length adjustment
- Thanks to the fully automatic FFS machines from HAVER & BOECKER, operator activities are now limited to roll and format changes.
