Glen Eagle Resources Inc.: Grant of Options

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 04/08/13 -- Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GER) has granted 375,000 stock options to two directors, including 300,000 options to Mr. Frank B. Rosenberg, which was nominated as director on March 19, 2013. Options are valid for five years until April 3, 2018, with an exercise price of $0.30 and are subject to the terms and conditions of the stock option plan dated June 26, 2012.
