Kelly's approach to product development keeps the end user constantly in focus. He explained it is important to add value to se2's customer, the carrier, but to also engineer products to provide positive downstream experiences to agents and ultimately policyholders.
A veteran of the financial services, software and telecommunications industries, Kelly is experienced in creating new lines of business, conducting product launches and marketing new products. He led the business analysis team for a Fortune 250 company and was vice president of global marketing for a Kansas City-based software firm.
Kelly received a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Missouri; he was awarded a master of business administration degree from the University of Kansas with postgraduate studies in IT management.
