Douglas, Isle of Man, 11. April 2013 - Haldane McCall PLC (Stuttgart: WKN A1J3U8, HMK1), a European company that invests in emerging markets in Africa, today announces the appointment of Adekoya, Oghenetega, A.(Mrs.), as Finance Director. The appointment is effective 1st of April, 2013.
Edward Akinlade, CEO and chairman of Haldane McCall announcing the appointment said: “I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Adekoya, Oghenetega, A.(Mrs.), as Finance Director. She was previously working with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate under business assurance department."
CEO Edward Akinlade stated further that ”the appointment will put in place the financial platforms required for a listed company and we wish her every success in her new role.”
Adekoya, Oghenetega, A.(Mrs.), (34) trained as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and possesses about 8 years experiences in auditing and business assurance for leading organizations in the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Telecommunications industries.
She worked with Shell Development Company under Health, Safety and Environment department between 2002 & 2004, and later moved to KPMG and worked as an Audit Staff Assistant from 2004-2005 and 2004-2007 under Assurance & Risk Advisory Division respectively, from KPMG she moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers under business assurance department from 2007-2012
Adekoya, Oghenetega, A.(Mrs.), is an Associate Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
