ORGANIZING MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF STONESOFT CORPORATION
In its first meeting held after the Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2013 the
Board of Directors of Stonesoft Corporation elected Hannu Turunen as Chairman
and Harri Koponen as Vice Chairman.
Harri Koponen will continue as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Hannu
Turunen and Timo Syrjälä as members.
