Strategic Agreement to Develop Innovative NFC and Mobile Payments Solutions
(firmenpresse) - LONDON -- (Marketwired) -- 04/11/13 -- Carta Worldwide ("Carta"), a leading global provider of prepaid and mobile payments processing, is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic partnership with Prepaid Financial Services ("PFS"), a global prepaid solutions provider and a preferred prepaid partner for MasterCard®, to develop and deliver innovative Near-Field Communications ("NFC") and mobile payment solutions.
Carta will partner and support PFS in developing NFC and mobile payment solutions for corporate clients, with numerous new programs set to be launched via the Carta platform, in the first half of 2013.
The agreement stems from PFS's desire to continually deliver new and innovative NFC and mobile payment solutions to clients and expand into new payment markets, combined with the readiness of Carta's innovative payments processing platform.
