transaction be exercising the option to call the Tier 1 US 846504AB46 /
XS0167275121 at par (100 %). Nominal value is USD 75 mio. The call date that
will be exercised is 1 August 2013 and the official notice to call which can
only be submitted maximum 60 days prior to the call date will be made on the
week of June 3rd. The call is approved by Finanstilsynet.
