HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: New order intake up 14 percent in Q1 2013
Lehrte, April 15, 2013 - In the first quarter of the 2013 financial year,
HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction
houses and sustainable energy concepts, has seamlessly continued the
constantly good order intake trend the company has achieved over previous
years. In the first three months of the current financial year, net new
order intake was up by EUR 4.2 million compared with the same period of the
previous year to reach EUR 34.7 million (Q1 2012: EUR 30.5 million). This
corresponds to 14 percent growth, to which the property development
subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH made an
important contribution, as planned.
The aforementioned order intake figures exclusively comprise orders from
private customers. The new and additional business area of HELMA
Wohnungsbau GmbH, which was presented in January 2013, and which comprises
the planning and realisation of residential real estate projects intended
for sale to institutional investors, will prospectively make its first
contributions to net new order intake from as early as the second half of
2013.
The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG firmly assumes that the HELMA
Group will continue to achieve significant, double-digit percentage new
order intake growth rates on a full-year view.
