Zincore Closes Loan With First Quantum Minerals
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/13 -- Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX: ZNC)(LMA: ZNC) ("Zincore", or the "Company") reports that it has received the US$2,000,000 loan proceeds from First Quantum Minerals and has closed the loan transaction originally announced on March 22, 2013. For full details of the loan agreement please refer to the Company's press release dated March 22, 2013. The Company and First Quantum have agreed to amend the minimum conversion price of the loan from C$0.08 to US$0.08.
Currently, First Quantum, through its subsidiary, FQM (Peru) Ltd., holds 49,888,245 Zincore common shares representing approximately 23.71% of Zincore's issued and outstanding common shares.
