D-Fense Capital Changes its Name to Freyja Resources Inc.

("D-Fense" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DFC) announced today that it has changed its name to Freyja Resources Inc. The name change was approved by the shareholders at the Company's annual meeting held on March 27, 2013.
The common shares of Freyja Resources Inc. (formerly D-Fense Capital Ltd.) will be listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as of the opening of business on April 19, 2013, under the new symbol "FRA".
