The United States (Chicago) native is since April 2013 the most recent addition to the coordination of the company's sales team based in Berlin.
With a multilingual team comprised of seven different languages, and being bilingual himself, Jeffrey Balmert can appropriately fulfill the individual needs and requirements of each client by offering specially customized services based on their specific desires.
Balmert has extensive experience in direct and indirect contact with international customers. He has already supported the five-star hotel industry in Chicago as a revenue manager, as well as handling the administration and web marketing for the third largest booking portal in the world, Booking.com.
