(TSX: CLC) (the "Company" or "CML") invite all interested parties to attend the Annual Meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). In addition to the formal business described in the Management Information Circular, there will be a management presentation on business activities and CML's 2012 financial results.
Investors and analysts who are not able to attend in person are invited to listen in by dialing 416-340-2218 or 866-226-1793. Please dial in 15 minutes prior to the call to secure a line. You will be put on hold until the conference call begins.
